Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Currently, Katharine Kidd can only ship orders within the United States.
  • Katharine Kidd ships via UPS Ground. Please allow 6-8 days for delivery.
  • Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number of your package, once your order has shipped. All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of your order unless noted on website of a future date that an item will be ready.
  • Orders received after noon (12:00PM PST) will be shipped the following day.
  • All orders received after 1PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • We observe all national holidays.
  • If you order an item that has already been ordered by another customer causing a backorder or a discontinue of the item, you will be notified within 48 hours.

Return Policy

  • Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery.
  • All returns must be received within seven days of return request.
  • All merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
  • Katharine Kidd has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.

How to Return an Item

  1. If you need to return your order, email us at info@katharinekidd.com to receive return authorization request number (RAR#).
  2. Please write your RAR# on the box.
  3. Merchandise should be sent to the following address: Katharine Kidd 2481 Louella Ave., Venice, CA 90291
  4. Goods will not be processed/refunded without a RAR#.
  5. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within 5 business days upon receiving the package.
  6. If the return is approved, a full refund will be given in the same method of original payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund on your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your statement.
