Orders ship UPS Ground From Los Angeles, CA. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you place an order, please allow 2-5 business days for the order to be processed and shipped. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays or Holidays. Order cut off time is Friday 12 pm PST. All items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you within 5 business days of a cancellation and provide a refund. Shipping details will be sent to the email on file to track your order in transit. Transit times typically take 2-7 business days. All orders will be charged a standard rate of $15 for UPS Ground shipping.
Returns and exchanges must be sent back within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus a $15 shipping fee. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and include original tags. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $15 shipping fee.
